Fexter Katungwe is Acting Director of Competition. He joined the Commission in 2014; and now boasts of 10 years experience in investigation of mergers and acquisitions, cartels, restrictive business practices and abuse of dominance. He has played active roles in market studies/inquiries, law review, drafting of guidelines, investigation reports and position papers for the Commission. Mr. Katungwe holds Master of Science Degree in Agricultural and Applied Economics and Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture.
